Victoria and Albert Museum(V&A) is a museum of art and design, housing a permanent collection of over 2.3 million objects that span over 5,000 years of human creativity.
This web page is a visualisation of the relationships between the materials and the authors of the V&A's 19th century collection of fashion.

The articles of the exhibits used for this data visualization were selected using europeana's api, if they met the following conditions.

  • Category: fashion
  • Country of origin: UK
  • Date: 20th
  • Type of object: Boots, Vest, Glove, Suit, Dress, Coat, Clogs, Collar, Stockings, Bodice
  • with picture of items and production year information
